Computer Lab Rules |

|
It is strictly forbidden to bring food or liquids into the lab.
- Students must have an ID card and access Swipe card with them at all times in the
Lab. Regular ID checks will take place throughout the day- please produce your cards
if asked to do so by security, technical or lecturing staff. Do not give access
to other students who are not studying AFIS related courses.
- Log off the PC when you are finished using it, as you are responsible for any unauthorised
use of your login ID.
- If a practical session, you are not assigned to, starts please leave the Lab.
- Please do not obstruct the progress of others by leaving any item in the aisles.
- Please do not turn off the lights in the lab ¨C if you enter a lab where the lights
are turned off please turn them on.
- Collect your printouts from the printer area and put them in the rubbish bins when
you are finished with them.
- Do not leave paper on the desks or floor. Do not interfere with any equipment in
the computer labs
