Overview
The MBS in MIMAS is a challenging course which is open to all graduates with minimal exposure to computing and accounting, as both of these disciplines are taught from an introductory level to a very high standard within two years.

Why Choose MBS MIMAS?
 - Six months industrial internship
 - Dual focus of Management Information Systems and Managerial Accounting Systems
 - Practical skills including a group development project. Develop management accounting and IS development skills (e.g. VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS ACCESS) to a high standard
 - Conduct and present a business case study
 - Minimal previous exposure to computing or accounting required
 - CIMA exemptions

Programme Structure
Six taught courses and a group development project are undertaken by students in their first year of the MBS in MIMAS.

In the year 2 of the programme students spend six months in a commercial organisation as an intern and are also required to undertake a research and development project which concludes in the submission of a Business Case Study.
